The birthstone for October is the tourmaline that comes in a variety of exciting colors. In fact, tourmaline has one of the widest color ranges of any gem species and can be substituted for better known, more valuable gems at affordable prices. In particular, the red and pink tourmalines, known as rubellite, have the same colour range as ruby and pink sapphires. Strongly saturated rubellites are the rarest. Although it symbolizes hope, the colour of this gemstone is pure seduction. Its components are red, shocking pink and violet- the typical colour realm of desire and ‘joie de vivre’.
Fortunately, nature has created the rubellite in many colour nuances, so that every woman can select the right rubellite for her type.
OS408: Inspired from the nature, Sergio designed this 18K rose gold ‘vineyard’ ring set with a pear shape pink tourmaline in the centre and round brilliant diamonds scattered all around the band that add sparkle and grace to the piece finished by milgrain design edges all around.
This Orosergio ‘vineyard’ ring may be the perfect gift for yourself or your loved one for the coming season: warm atmosphere by the fireplace, a glass of red wine, roasted chestnuts…
