We specialize in the design, manufacture, and sale of fine jewellery, including:

Custom Design Jewellery: Made-to-order pieces tailored specifically to your specifications.
Ready-to-Wear Jewellery: A curated collection of in-stock designs available for immediate purchase.

Custom Jewellery Policy

All custom jewellery is final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these pieces:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
A deposit of at least 50% is required before production can begin.
We strongly recommend reviewing and confirming all design details, including size, materials, and engraving, prior to final approval.

Ready-to-Wear Jewellery Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, ready-to-wear jewellery within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.

Repairs and Warranty

We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects within one year of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, loss, theft, or damage caused by accidents. For custom work, additional charges may apply for repairs unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations in metals, diamonds, and gemstones. A deposit of at least 50% is required before production on custom pieces begins.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content displayed on our website, marketing materials, or other platforms are the intellectual property of OROSERGIO. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OROSERGIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Third-Party Services

We may utilize third-party service providers to facilitate payments, shipping, customer relationship management (CRM), analytics, or marketing tools. These providers operate under their own privacy and data protection policies. We are not responsible for their practices but ensure they process data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable laws.
