Why isn’t my order going through?

Unfortunately, our website only allows a single credit card payment per order. It is not possible to split the cost of a single purchase across multiple credit cards.

What is your shipping policy?

Your order will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. For made-to-order items, the shipping date may vary. You will receive a confirmation email with your shipping and delivery dates. Orosergio delivers worldwide. For all national shipments, we rely on Canada Post. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to inform you about your order's status. Regarding international shipments, we may use FedEx, depending on the delivery speed. Customers outside Canada will be responsible for paying applicable duties, import taxes, handling, and brokerage fees for their country of residence.

What are the delivery options?

Once you have added your selection to your online basket, the available delivery options will be based on your region. You can collect your jewelry from our Toronto Jewelry House or deliver it to your home. Please keep in mind that an adult signature may be required upon delivery. Depending on the destination country, you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Is in-store pickup available for items purchased online?

Yes, you may pick up your order from the Orosergio Jewelry House in downtown Toronto while you place your order —Our pick-up address is 27 Queen Street East, Suite 803, Toronto, ON.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return & exchange policy?

Your Orosergio ready-to-wear items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in new, unworn condition and have no engravings or customizations. All rings from our bridal collection including engagement rings and wedding rings are final sale.

Any original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are not refundable.

Once we receive your return parcel in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that all products undergo a quality assurance inspection before being accepted for resale to other customers. We are not responsible for lost shipments marked as delivered by tracking. We are also not liable for delayed delivery because a customer cannot sign the package.

The process of creating a piece of jewelry begins with an idea that is transformed into a 3D CAD design. The design is then printed in wax and cast into the metal of your choice. The final product undergoes cleaning, pre-polishing, setting, and final polishing. Throughout the entire process, we encourage collaboration with our clients to review and refine each aspect of the jewelry piece until their vision is perfectly accomplished. Clients can choose to be as involved as they wish in creating their jewelry. In addition to custom-made jewelry, Orosergio is also an online jewelry store that offers ready-to-wear pieces. How to match a wedding band to an engagement ring?

A wedding set, also known as a bridal set, comprises an engagement ring and a corresponding wedding ring worn together. If you already have your engagement ring, our in-house designer and custom jeweller, Sergio, can create the matching wedding ring for you and your partner, ensuring that your rings complement each other perfectly. To proceed, Sergio will need to examine your current engagement ring and provide you with a 3D rendering of your new wedding band, both by itself and with your engagement ring, for you to review and approve before proceeding with the casting.

Can I bring my own loose diamond to design an engagement ring?

Certainly! Once you have your diamond, we can customize your engagement ring to fit its measurements. From there, there are various design options to consider, including the setting style, whether or not to pair it with other gemstones, and the metal type and colour. Is it possible for Orosergio to design a new piece of jewelry using heirloom pieces from my family?

We specialize in reviving and transforming old jewelry pieces into something new and unique. With over 20 years of experience and a team of talented in-house designers, we take pride in thinking outside the box and creating refined, bespoke pieces that honour your precious family heirlooms. Do you provide certificates for the diamonds you sell?

Yes, we do. All engagement ring center stones come with a GIA, IGI, or HRD certificate. These reputable organizations grade and certify diamonds based on their quality and rarety characteristics. We can also provide an appraisal report for the product upon request. We equally offer certification for lab-grown diamonds, which are ethically sourced in Canada.

What are lab-grown diamonds, and what is their advantage over natural diamonds?

The popularity of lab-grown diamonds is on the rise due to the fact that they do not require heavy machinery and years of mining, are more affordable, particularly for larger stones, and offer the chance to go bigger on carat size. However, compared to natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds tend to have a lower resale value. This is because natural diamonds have been considered rare and valuable for a long time, while lab-grown diamonds are a newer and more accessible option.

How do you ensure that your diamonds are sustainable and ethically sourced?
